12 - Week Training - General & Specific Prep Phase

12 - week training plan ideal for the first 2/3 of a high school season addressing the general preparation and specific preparation phase. Training plan includes warmups and various routines as well as pace and energy system charts (to be emailed separately after purchase). Also includes a 40 minute consultation call to ensure understanding of the training and to answer any questions and address any concerns.
